Maximator 15,000 psi Hydrogen air actuated needle valves

Maximator H2 air actuated needle valves have been specially designed for hydrogen filling and testing applications and feature special dynamic sealing elements for a long service life.  

 

 Compact H2 Air Actuated Needle Valve

 

The compact range for 1/4” tube is designed to conserve space whilst operating at 15,000 psi with low drive pressures. Both normally open and closed variants are available with the following specifications:

 

  • Operating pressures of 15,200 psi (1,050 bar)
  • Drive pressure of 4-8 bar
  • Operating temperatures of -20℃ / +80℃
  • Specially cleaned for use in hydrogen systems to avoid contamination.
  • Designed with specific materials to avoid hydrogen embrittlement.

 Intermediate H2 Air Actuated Needle Valve  

 

The intermediate range of hydrogen focused air actuated needle valves service both 1/4" and 3/8" tube, they are available in both normally open and normally closed variants with the option for an extended connection for low temperature applications ( -73℃).

 

  • Operating pressures of 15,200 psi (1,050 bar)
  • Drive pressures of 2-10bar 
  • Operating temperatures of -20℃ / +80℃ (-73℃ / +80℃)
  • Specially cleaned for use in hydrogen systems to avoid contamination.
  • Designed with specific materials to avoid hydrogen embrittlement.

1" H2 Air Actuated Needle Valve

 

The large range of hydrogen focused air actuated needle valves are designed for large tube applications from 9/16" to 1" in a normally closed configuration.

 

  • Operating pressures of 15,200 psi (1,050 bar)
  • Drive pressures of 5-10 bar
  • Operating temperatures of -40℃ / +85℃
  • Specially cleaned for use in hydrogen systems to avoid contamination.
  • Designed with specific materials to avoid hydrogen embrittlement
