The new configuration of Maximator’s pressure testing station in a shipping container platform has allowed one test station to be transported between multiple sites for safe and efficient hydrostatic testing. Included in this design is a secure testing chamber, control room constructed from stainless steel and an on-board water tank making it ready to test as soon as it is delivered. Other key features are:
- Customisable pressure ranges up to 100,000 PSI (6900 Bar)
- Datalogging pressure gauge
- Safety features (emergency stops, door safety switches and relief valves)
- Maximator high pressure air driven hydraulic pumps
- Auto fillingwater tank
