Developed for hydrogen and demanding high-pressure environments, ValvolutionX offers a revolutionary design that achieves up to 50 % less installation space, 75 % less weight, and 90 % lower air volume requirements compared to conventional air-driven valves.

Each valve features an ultra-compact actuator engineered to provide full closing force for large nominal diameters while significantly reducing installation complexity.
Maintenance has been completely reimagined — with in-situ service capability allowing seal replacement without removing the valve from the system. Two standardised maintenance kits simplify parts management across the entire series.

Safety and flexibility are built in. Separate leakage ports enable safe gas discharge and leak management, while bidirectional flow operation supports versatile system layouts.

Available in 9M, 12M, and 16M connection sizes, all ValvolutionX valves are manufactured in Germany to Maximator’s highest standards, ensuring reliability, durability, and exceptional performance in hydrogen refuelling, gas distribution, and energy-sector applications.
