The Maximator M Series High Pressure Pumps are air-driven, single-acting liquid pumps designed for water and oil service up to 2,200 bar (31,900 psi). With a compact, lightweight design and rugged construction, the M Series offers safe and stable operation in demanding applications.

Available with single, double, or multiple air drive pistons, the M Series delivers efficient pressure generation with reduced pulsation. The pumps are fitted with polyurethane seals and Buna-N O-rings as standard, with UHMWPE/Viton seal packages available for water service. Models M4–M12 use aluminium bodies with stainless steel plungers, while models M22–M189 use stainless steel bodies and plungers for maximum durability.

The pumps automatically stop at the pre-set pressure, holding without energy consumption or heat build-up, making them highly cost-effective for long-term service.

Applications include:

• Hydrostatic testing of valves, tanks, pressure vessels, hoses, cylinders, gauges, transducers, aerospace components and wellhead equipment

• Burst and fatigue cycle testing

• Calibration of pressure gauges and transducers

• Water jet cutting and cleaning

• Leak testing of pipelines and assemblies

• Emergency shutdown systems for oil & gas wells

• Accumulator pressurisation

• Operation and control of well service and wellhead systems
