The Maximator G Series High Pressure Pumps are air-driven, single-acting pumps designed for water and oil applications up to 4,500 bar (65,250 psi). Select dual-piston models extend this to 7,000 bar (101,500 psi), providing a wide performance range for critical high-pressure operations.

Built with stainless steel pump heads and plungers, the G Series delivers long service life even in demanding industrial and mining environments. Standard polyurethane seals ensure durability in oil applications, while UHMWPE seals are available for extended life in water service. Operating from a standard 1–10 bar (14.5–145 psi) air supply, these pumps automatically stop at the pre-set pressure and hold without additional energy consumption.

Backed by German precision and local Australian stock, service, and integration, the G Series offers reliable performance and rapid availability. All models can be fully integrated into Maximator Australia’s custom turn-key high-pressure test systems.

  • Bottom inlet (standard)

  • Side inlet (standard on G500, G500-2, and G60–G150)

• Connections: BSPP, NPT, or Autoclave available

• Air control unit: filter regulator, gauge, shut-off valve (Order code G… with C2)

• Air safety valve: protects against excessive outlet pressure (Order code G… with C2/SVair)
