The Maximator MO Series High Pressure Pumps are air-driven, single-acting hydraulic pumps engineered for oil-based systems requiring up to 1,000 bar (14,500 psi). Compact and rugged, these pumps are ideal for portable power packs, test rigs, and maintenance tools that demand reliable performance with minimal maintenance.
The MO Series provides long service life even under demanding operating conditions. These pumps are designed to automatically hold pressure without energy consumption, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Examples of application for the MO Series hydraulic pumps include:
- Lifting & Clamping: Hydraulic systems for lifting and shifting loads, lifting tables, aircraft jacking
- Hydraulic applications: Clamping devices, punching & pin presses, chucks, actuation of cylinders
- Presses: Cold isostatic presses, filter presses, hydraulic presses, pressure generation for presses and press overload protection
- Tooling and Tightening: actuating cropping, crimping, cable shears and pipe bending tools, roller tensioning and torque wrenches
- Lubrication systems
All MO Series pumps can also be fully integrated into Maximator Australia’s custom turn-key high-pressure systems, ensuring compatibility, safety, and local support for industrial and mobile applications.
MO pumps are single acting types with single air drive head. They are lightweight, rugged and are available in several pressure ratios.
- Cast iron bodies, tool steel plungers and polyurethane seals.
- Pumps come standard with bottom inlet
- Ideal for portable power packs
- For air drive pressure from 14.5 psi 1 bar to 145 psi (10 bar) maximum.
