The Maximator GSF Series High Pressure Pumps are air-driven, single-acting pumps designed for chemical service and offshore applications. With pressures up to 1,450 bar (21,025 psi), these pumps feature a distance piece design to ensure complete separation of the air drive and hydraulic sections, preventing cross-contamination.

Constructed with stainless steel bodies and plungers, and fitted with PTFE seals and Viton O-rings, the GSF Series is engineered for durability and compatibility with aggressive fluids. Operating from a 1–10 bar (14.5–145 psi) air supply, the pumps automatically hold pressure without further energy consumption, offering safe and efficient high-pressure operation.

Applications include:

• Injection of inhibitors such as methanol and glycol in wells

• Chemical injection of coolants and specialty fluids

• Aviation and automotive testing (brake fluid, Skydrol, transmission fluid, power steering)

• Pipeline hydrostatic testing

• Accumulator charging

• Actuation of subsea and wellhead valves

Standard Construction:

• Bottom inlet (standard configuration)

• Suitable for Zone 1, Category 2G/2D IIB TX explosion-proof areas (temperature class depending on medium)
