The Maximator MO-D Series High Pressure Pumps are air-driven, double-acting pumps designed for oil service applications where smooth, efficient flow and reliable performance are essential.
Operating from a standard 1–10 bar (14.5–145 psi) air supply, the MO-D Series delivers up to 1,000 bar (14,500 psi) with approximately 50 % more flow and less pulsation than the single-acting MO pumps. This makes them ideal for pressurising, clamping, and hydraulic control applications in industrial and workshop environments.
Constructed with cast iron bodies, tool steel plungers and polyurethane seals, these pumps are built for durability and consistent operation under high load. The compact design and air-driven efficiency make them suitable for integration into hydraulic systems and portable power packs.
